A Brazilian Steak House Dinner for Charity

Not my typical political post, but I trust you’ll humor me…

On Tuesday, March 31st, Espeto Brazilian Steak House in Avondale (WJXT’s “Best Steakhouse in Jacksonville“) will host a fundraiser for Volunteers in Medicine of Jacksonville.  The tickets are $100 per person and are only available via advance reservation.  They can be purchased by calling (904) 399-2766 EXT 101.

For those who are not familiar with Volunteers in Medicine, it is a volunteer run medical clinic that provides healthcare to the working uninsured of Jacksonville.  It is funded by grants, corporate and personal donations and ongoing fundraising.  Over the years, many have waxed eloquent about providing healthcare for the working uninsured—Volunteers in Medicine does it.

If you’d like to savor a top-notch Brazilian steak dinner, make your reservation and join us on March 31st.  Hope to see you there.
